Manufacturing Process Methods

Multilayer Lamination

Aluminum foil is heat-bonded between plastic layers to create a strong barrier against air, moisture, and light.

Sheet Cutting

The laminated material is cut into precise sizes to form individual tube body blanks.

Tube Body & Side-Seam Forming

The flat sheet is shaped into a cylinder and heat-sealed along the edge to create a leak-proof tube.

Tube Head & Shoulder Molding

A plastic shoulder and threaded neck are molded directly onto the tube to form the top opening.

Exterior Printing & Decoration

The tube is printed with up to 6 colors and finished with protective varnishes or decorative accents.

Safety Seal Application

A tamper-evident foil seal is applied over the opening to protect product integrity and hygiene.

Finished tubes are packed into protective bags and outer cartons for safe transport and distribution.
